After graduation from Clyo High School, she moved to Savannah and married Romie Dell Holder. Mrs. Ruff retired in 1996 from Solomon Wholesale Pharmacy and was a member of Wilmington Island United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Romie Dell Holder and Claude L. Ruff, son, Charles Geoffrey Holder and sister, Charlotte Fultz.
