IHCA’s new Certified Nursing Assistant In-Service Training Series will provide 12 one-hour on-demand education sessions created specifically for your direct care staff. Home care nurse coordinators are available by telephone or appointment to answer any questions you may have about how our program can help you or your family member. When private care begins, we assess each individual’s health condition at no charge. That information and any subsequent condition changes are shared with the person’s physician. A nurse will contact the physician to obtain a plan of treatment that directs the care in the home.
